Q. Can I make amendments to my booking?

A. Yes but last minute changes cannot always be accommodated.

Q. Can I request a specific time for you to visit my cat(s)?

A. Cancellations can be made at any time, there is no cancellation fee.

A. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Q. What happens if my departure is delayed or I need to come home early?

A. If your departure is delayed please let us know by phone or text so we can free up the space for someone else. If you are returning home early, it would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know to save us a wasted trip and also to save you being charged!

Q. Does Kitty Cuddles Aberdeen care for cats on medication?

A. Kitty Cuddles Aberdeen is happy to administer medication in food but does not care for cats with diabetes who need daily injections, acutely ill cats or cats with uncontrolled medical conditions such as epilepsy.

Q. Does Kitty Cuddles Aberdeen look after other pets?

A. No! As it states in the title, Kitty Cuddles Aberdeen is a pet sitting service exclusively for cats! Please don’t ask us to look after your fish, gerbil, hamster, guinea pig, rabbit, dog or any other pets! The reason for this is because some cats don’t like the smell of other animals and also I might forget to feed your fish, gerbil etc. as my main focus would be on your cat(s). I can however recommend pet sitters who do care for other pets so please just ask!
